Trigoso River is located on the Ligurian coast of Italy, 27 miles south-east of Genoa.
Yachts can be anchored in the central part of the bay at depths of 10-15 meters. The seabed is sandy with rocky outcrops. Holdsing is goog on the sand. The anchorage is open to western, south-western, southern and south-eastern winds and waves, so anchor here is possible in stable calm weather or in winds of northern directions. The river current may create sandbanks, which are not marked on the map. An underwater pipeline runs in the western part of the bay and anchorage above it is prohibited.
At the eastern part of the bay is located the FINCATIERI shipyard.
There are many cafes, bars, restaurants, and stores in the town.
