Sestri Levante is located on the Ligurian coast of Italy, 22 miles south-east of Genoa.
In Sestri Levante, yachts can be moored on the east side of the breakwater in front of the fishing boats, where about 30 meters are allocated for mooring transit yachts. Mooring is stern to the pier on its own anchor.
You can also be anchored to the north-east of the breakwater in front of the mooring buoys field at depths of 6-12 meters. The seabed is sandy. Holding is good. The anchorage is open to west, north-west winds and waves. Even in calm weather there is a little wobble here.
The city has many cafes, bars, restaurants, stores. A lot of architectural sights. Interesting historical center of the city.
