The small fishport of Sarakiniko is located on the north-west coast of the island, a mile and a half north of its southern tip.
Mooring of yachts in Sarakiniko is possible at the far side of the pier with the stern or the bow to the pier. Depths in this part of the pier are 2-2.5 meters.
The second option is anchoring in the bay at 6.0-7.0 meters depth. The anchor holds well on the sandy bottom. There is no shelter in the prevailing north-easterly winds and yachts can be anchored here only in steady calm weather or in southerly or easterly winds.
There are a couple of bars and a tavern on the shore.
