Attractions on the Croatian island of Zirje are concentrated in Stupica Vela Bay. Stupica Vela is visited mainly by yachtsmen. There are few sights here. These are the ruins of fortifications, which are well visible on the mountain to the west at the entrance to the bay. The walk to them will take no more than an hour, taking into account that you will need to go ashore by dinghy.
And the second attraction is, of course, the local tavern Stupica with good homemade Croatian cuisine. In order to visit the tavern, you also have to go ashore by dinghy. However, a walk to the ruins and a visit to the tavern you can combine.
The undoubted advantage of the bay is a clean sea, in which you can swim directly from the yacht.
