Yacht Marina Dalmatija

Marina Dalmatia is located on the north side of the large bay of Sukosan, about six miles south of Zadar on the Adriatic Sea in Croatia.

Yacht Marina Dalmatija belongs to the international D-Marin network and has 1200 berths for yachts at floating pontons. 80 of these berths are allocated for transit yachts. The allowed length of the yachts is 80 meters. The depth at the entrance of the marina varies from 5 to 8 meters and in the central part of the marina from 3 to 8 meters.

Dalmatia Marina is separated by two miles wide Zadar Strait from the two long islands of Ugljan and Pasman to the west.

You can approach Sukosan Bay either from the north-west side along the channel that separates the mainland from the island of Ugljan, or from the south-east side along the north-east side of Pasman Island. Small sailing yachts and motor yachts can approach through the Strait of Zdrelac, a narrow channel between the islands of Ugljan and Pasman. Note that the canal is crossed by a road bridge with a clearance of only 16 meters.

The marina has extensive facilities of yacht repair and maintenance. There are three travel lifts of 30, 35 and 80 tons and a trailer of 20 tons.

Also yachts can be anchored to the south-east of the marina at depths of 3-7 meters. The bottom is sand and silt. Holding is good. Good shelter from the Bora.
