Yacht anchorage in Sveti Nikola Bay

Small Sveti Nikola bay (Uvala Sveti Nikola) is located on the south-west coast of Murter Island, two miles from the southern tip of the island.

The bay shelters yachts well from winds and waves of all directions, except southerly.

There are two piers in the head of the bay, which are usually filled with local boats and are also in shallow water. On the south side of the outer pier the depth is about 2.0 meters and here yacht with small draft can approach with their stern or bow. Alternatively anchor in the bay at a depth of 5.0 - 6.0 meters. Holdind is good in the sand and seaweed.

On the north-east shore of the bay is a lonely house of rented apartments, parkig at the piers and that's all.
