Yacht anchorage in Veli Duboka Bay at Sveti Klement Island

Veli Duboka Bay (Uvala Veli Duboka) is located on the north side of Sveti Klement Island, a mile (by sea 1.6 miles) north-west of its eastern tip.

The yachts are anchored with mooring lines to the shore. Anchor is in the middle of the bay at a depth of 5-10 meters. The seabed is sand and seaweed. Holding is good. Good shelter from the winds and waves of southerly directions.

The bay is wild. During the high season, many day-trippers on small boats come here during the day. In the evening, the bay is empty. Occasionally there are wasps. There is a trail from the east side of the bay that leads you to the Palmizan Marina in 20 minutes.
