Richmond Bay is located in the north of Union Island.

Yachts can pick up one of the four mooring buoys on the south-east side of Richmond Bay or can be anchored just north of the buoys. The buoys are about two meters deep. The bay has some shelter from the prevailing winds and waves, but it is still best to be anchored here in calm weather.

The buoys belong to the Sparrow Beach Club restaurant. Accordingly, this little cove is often called Sparrow Bay.
