Yacht anchorage off Sal Island

Sal Island (Cayo Sal) is the westernmost of a small ridge of barely protruding above sea level islands of Caos de Dios, stretching from the north-east to the south-west.

Yacht anchorage on is located to the north of the island at a depth of about 4 meters. The bottom is sand and seaweed. Holding is good. There are few wrecks to the north-east of the island. At the anchorage is interesting snorkeling with a rich underwater world. Underwater hunting is possible.
