Yacht marina Alimos

Alimos Marina is located in the Kalamaki area, half an hour by car from the international airport. The marina provides over 400 berths for yachts.

The marina is big and clueless. Good service for yachtsmen is not to be expected here. But most of the Greek charter companies that offer bareboat yachts for rent are based in this marina. The second undoubted advantage is the location of the marina, close to the airport, half an hour by car and a little more by shuttle bus. Next to the northern entrance of the marina (meaning the entrance on the shore) there is a good supermarket (next to the Poseidon hotel) and a store for yachting equipment and clothes.

With a little persistence, yacht owners will be able to get any repair services, because the repair service is well developed, but it is set up to repair the yachts of charter companies. There is no fueling station in or near the marina, but small gas trucks can arrived fuel to your yacht. You can get their phone numbers from office of any charter company.

There are several bars and restaurants in the marina, near the north entrance of the marina on the beach is a good tavern Edem.
