Mrtovac Bay (Uvala Mrtovac) is located on the north-eastern coast of Kaprie Island, 2.5 miles south-east of its north-western tip. The bay shelters yachts well from winds and waves from W-S-E.

Yachts are anchored along the west shore of the bay at a depth of 5-10 meters. The seabed is sandy. Holding is good. In southerly winds the southern part of the bay is the most sheltered.

In the northern part of the bay between Kaprie Island and the small island of Ostrica there are several mooring buoys belonging to the Spirito Summer Place restaurant. It is also possible to be anchored here.
