Grazio Bay is located on the south-west coast of La Spezia Gulf, a mile and a half north of Portovenere.
In Grazio Bay, yachts can moored at one of the pontoons of Grazio Marina (1) located on the west shore of the bay. The maximum allowed length of yachts is 50 meters. Depths at the piers and pontoons are from 3 to 5.5 meters. The number of berths is limited, please book in advance.
The second option is anchoring the yacht at in the middle of the bay (2) at depths of 7-10 meters. The seabed is muddy. Holding is good. This is one of the few spots in La Spezia Bay where yachts may be anchored. The shelter in the bay is good in all winds except northeast.
The oldest part of the village is located on the south-eastern shore of the bay around the church of Nostra Signora delle Grazio, built in the 15th century. In the area of Varignano Vecchio, a promotora located at the southern end of the bay, are the ruins of a Roman villa from the first century BC.
The village of Grazio has several restaurants and a good supermarket. There are buses to La Spezia and Portovenere.
