Agia Marinas is located on the east coast of Aegina about two miles south of the north-eastern tip of the island.
In Agia Marinas there is a small pier at which only a few yachts can be moored. The depths on the south-east side of the pier are more than 4 meters, on the north-east and south-west sides about 3 meters. Work on the construction of a new pier is in progress.
Keep in mind that the bay is open from southerly to easterly winds and in such winds mooring there will be uncomfortable. The yachts are moored at own anchor with their stern to the pier. When there are no other boats you can be moored alongside the pier. There is no water or electricity on the pier.
Ferries from Piraeus arrive to this pier.
In addition, you can be anchored in the bay to the north-east or south-west of the pier. Depths are 3-10 meters. The bottom is seaweed and patches of sand. The anchor holds well on the sand.
There are several restaurants and grocery stores ashore.
