Yacht moorings in Nueva Herona

The island's capital, Nueva Gerona, is located in the north of Isla de la Juventud, at the estuary of the Rio Las Casas, which provides a navigable route to the Caribbean Sea.

Nueva Jerona is a commercial port and, according to numerous reports, yachts are not allowed to enter there. However, there is evidence of yachts entering the estuary of the Rio Las Casas and mooring at the pier (see video). On chart - 1 - the commercial port of Nueva Jerona.
