The small island of Rava lies in the Adriatic Sea of Croatia, nine miles to SW of of Zadar (about 15 miles by sea). The island is located between the large island of Dugi Otok on the west and Iz island on the east. Although Rava island is small (2.5 miles in length and less than a mile in width), there are several villages on it, connected by roads.
The main village of Rava lies in the center of the island. The main harbor of the island - Marinica Bay - is located in the middle of SW coast of the island. In addition, there are several anchorages where yachts can stay overnight in suitable weather conditions.
