Santa Luzia Island

Santa Luzia is the only one of the rather large islands of the Cape Verde is uninhabited. Its dimensions are 2.8 x 1.7 miles. It is located at a distance of 4.5 miles to south-east of the Sao Vicente Island. The island has the status of a nature reserve.

Yacht anchorages are possible off the south-west coast of the island.
