Yacht anchorage in the port of Arrecife

The yacht anchorage at the port Arrecife (Puerto de Arrecife) is located on the south-east coast of Lanzarote, one mile south-west of the Lanzarote marina.

The yachts are anchored at a depth of 3-5 meters. The bottom is sand and pebbles. It is desirable to be anchored in the daytime, when you see a section of sandy bottom. In this case the anchor will hold well.

The anchorage is well sheltered from the prevailing north and north-east winds.

Even in calm weather, do not leave your yacht unattended, because it is known cases of property theft from yachts. During the Covid-19 pandemic, police asked yachts to leave this anchorage.
