Marina Piccola is located in the center of Sorrento. It is the main ferry harbor of the city.
Marina Piccola is the city's main ferry port, so there is a constant high traffic of vessels towards Naples, the islands and other coastal towns around the peninsula.
A very limited number of transit yachts with a maximum length of more than 15 meters can be moored with caution on the promenade of Banchina da Riva at the root of the breakwater. Depths here range from 1.5 to 3.0 meters.
Most of the harbor's other berths are filled with local yachts and fishing boats. There is a fuel station on the waterfront (open from 8:00 to 20:00); several water and electricity columns, a toilet, and a mobile crane.
There are many cafes, bars and restaurants near the marina and in the town. Conad supermarket is in 1,3 km from the marina. The town can be reached by elevator.
