Ortona

Ortona is a coastal town in the province of Chieti in the Italian region of Abruzzo. Ortona has several tourist beaches and one historical museum based on the Battle of Ortona. The patron saint of Ortona is St. Thomas the Apostle (Tommaso), whose relics are kept here. The Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park is also nearby.

There is a yacht marina in the town.
